摘要：本文研制成功一种为小型国产或进口发酵罐配套的FCY-4型敞口式耐消毒溶氧电极。经测试,其各项性能指标接近或超过进口电极。通过应用于多种罐及品种的发酵,发现本电极与进口罐上的原配电极所走的溶氧曲线均具有很好的同步性和一致性。能正确反映发酵过程中的溶氧变化。
A new type(Model FCY-4)of steam sterilizable dissolved oxygen electrode has been successfully elaborated in our laboratary. It is mainly suitable for small fermenters. Numerous performance tests has been carried out, the results showed that the specifications of this model of DO electrode are nearly the same as that of the electrode imported. After applying this DO electrode to various fermenters, we found that the DO change monitored by this electrode had a good conformity with that of the foreign DO electrode.
