摘要:呼吸图技术是一种大面积制备有序多孔结构薄膜的有效方法,在功能性涂层、智能薄膜、细胞培养等方面有着越来越广泛的应用。将呼吸图技术与其他成型或组装方法相结合,可以制备出形貌结构更加多样的组装材料,极大地拓展了呼吸图技术的应用领域。首先,归纳总结了呼吸图技术和其他成型或组装方法协同构筑具有微纳多级结构组装材料的研究工作;然后,分别对上述方法的应用进行了举例说明;最后,利用呼吸图和静电纺丝(或静电喷雾)相结合的技术,制备出了具有微纳多级结构的纤维和微球。文章意在为具有微纳多级结构的组装材料的制备提供一种更为简单且有效的策略。
Breath figure technology is an effective method to prepare films with ordered porous structures,which is widely used in functional coatings,smart films,cell culture and so on.The combination of breath figure technology and other molding or assembly methods can prepare assembly materials with more diverse morphologies,which has greatly expanded the application fields of breath figure technology.Firstly,the research work on the synergistic construction of assembly materials with micro-nano hierarchical structures by the combination of breath figure technology and other molding or assembly methods was summarized.Then,examples are given to illustrate the applications of the above methods.Finally,the fibers and microspheres with micro-nano hierarchical structures were prepared by combining the breath figure technology with electrospinning or electrospraying.The purpose is to provide a simpler and more effective strategy for the preparation of assembly materials with micro-nano hierarchical structures.
