摘要:The significance of semiconductor industry in contemporary economic and national security, along with the long-chain nature and complexity of the production process, make it necessary to explore the resilience of the semiconductor supply chain. In this paper, we first construct a semiconductor supply chain network model based on real-world database and design a resilience measurement framework for semiconductor industry. Then, we explore the impact of key operational enterprises disruption on the network performance level using network structure analysis method. Furthermore, two types of risk propagation mechanisms, geographic closeness and policy restriction, are introduced. The impact of differentiated propagation mechanisms of which on the resilience of semiconductor network is analyzed by simulation methods. Our findings indicate that the indicators characterizing network connectivity have the largest impact on the performance level of semiconductor networks, the scale of disrupted nodes and variability of network structure also have a negative impact on the performance level of semiconductor networks. When the disruption risk spreads with the supply relationship of enterprises in the semiconductor network, in terms of external environmental risk, the geographical closeness and policy restrictions significantly affect the resilience performance of the semiconductor supply chain; In terms of internal capabilities, the resilience of the semiconductor supply chain can be enhanced by improving the risk response capabilities of semiconductor enterprises. ? 2024, The Authors.
