摘要：本研究旨在探索移民压力与社会支持对上海外来女工的心理健康的影响,238名女工接受了问卷调查。结果显示经济与就业压力、人际冲突是外来女工心理健康的风险因素,而工具性支持和自尊支持是保护性因素。论文最后提出了相应的政策和服务建议。
The aim of this research is to explore the influence of stress and social support on the mental health of woman migrant labor in Shanghai. 238 woman migrant labors accepted the questionnaire survey. The main findings are as follows： low income, stress of employment and social conflict are the dangerous factors, but esteem and implemental support are protective factors. Finally, the article provides some policy and service suggestion.
