摘要:通过八甲基环四硅氧烷、N- ﹀-氨乙基 - ︽-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷等原料在氢氧化钾催化和促进剂作用下 ,低温开环聚合得到一系列不同氨值、不同粘度的氨基聚硅氧烷。利用 IR、1HNMR对其结构进行表征。采用微乳化技术 ,选择合适的乳化剂制备透明或半透明、颗粒细小、稳定性优良的氨基聚硅氧烷微乳液 ,将其作为柔软剂处理坯革 ,并测试了革的有关性能。研究结果表明 ,处理过的革柔软、丰满 ,有良好的疏水性和机械性能。氨值或粘度越高 。
A series of aminopolysiloxane with different amino value and viscosity were synthesized at lower temperature by ring-opening copolymerization of D 4 ,N β aminoethyl γ aminopropylmethyldimet hyoxysilane and hexamethyldisiloxane with potassium hydroxide and a promoter as catalyst.The chemical structure was characterized via IR, 1HNMR methods.The micro emulsions of aminopolysiloxane were prepared by applying microemulsification techniques and choosing appropriate surfactants,which were semi opaque or transparent with fine corpscule and outstanding stability.It was applied to crust as soft agent and the related properties of handled leather were also inspected.The results indicated that handled leather was soft,full,smooth,hydrophobic and possess better physical mechanical property. The bigger the amino value and viscosity of aminopolysiloxa ne,the better the properties of the handled leather.
