摘要:对丁酮连氮在反应精馏条件下水解制水合肼的工艺过程进行了研究,考察了不同反应条件对结果的影响。实验结果表明:以亲水性离子液体[BMIM]BF_4为催化剂,在回流比R=4、塔釜温度为112℃、搅拌速率为600r/min的条件下,在散装填料塔中丁酮连氮转化率为92.30%,肼基选择性为71.39%。
The process of hydrolyzing methyl ethyl ketazine to get hydrazine hydrate under the reactive distillation was studied,and the effects of process conditions and catalysts on the reaction were investigated. Results showed that using the bulk packed tower and the hydrophilic ionic liquid [BMIM]BF_4 as catalyst, under the optimized process conditions of reflux ratio of 4, bottom temperature of 112℃ and stirring speed of 600r/min, the conversion of methyl ethyl ketazine and the selectivity to N2H4 were 92.30%and 71.39%, respectively.
