摘要：NOVELTY - Preparing injection formulation, involves (a) crushing Aconitum sinomontanum and extracting the crushed product, (b) adding the obtained extract to water, adding ammonia water drop-by-drop to the obtained product, adjusting pH of the solution, extracting using organic solvent, and drying the obtained product, (c) mixing the obtained product with organic solvent, and performing chromatography and obtaining alkaloid compound, and (d) adding obtained product to water, adding ammonia water drop-by-drop to the solution, and freeze-drying the obtained product. USE - The method is useful for preparing injection formulation (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing injection formulation, involves (a) crushing Aconitum sinomontanum and extracting the crushed product twice using aqueous solution of ethanol, combining the extract, and steaming till there is no flavor of alcohol, (b) adding the obtained extract to water, adding ammonia water drop-by-drop to the obtained product, adjusting pH of the solution, extracting using organic solvent, and drying the obtained product, (c) mixing the obtained product with organic solvent, performing chromatography, eluting using 2-4 times gradient eluting solution for three times, and concentrating the obtained product (alkaloid compound), and (d) adding the obtained alkaloid compound to water (ultrasonic treatment), adding ammonia water drop-by-drop to the solution, adjusting pH of the solution, boiling the solution, cooling the solution, and freeze-drying the obtained product.
