摘要:添加六偏磷酸钠作晶形控制剂,用碳化法制备了单分散纺锤形超细碳酸钙。采用透射电镜表征了碳酸钙的形貌,探讨了晶形控制剂的作用,并考察了不同工艺条件包括碳化反应温度、晶形控制剂的加入时间及添加量对碳酸钙形貌的影响。结果表明:六偏磷酸钠可以促进晶体成核,诱导碳酸钙晶体主要沿c轴生长,提高碳酸钙颗粒间的分散性;在碳化起始温度为40℃、碳化反应进行15~25 min时添加1.5%~2%的六偏磷酸钠,制得了粒径为0.7~1.0μm、长径比约为5的单分散纺锤形超细碳酸钙。
Monodisperse spindle-like ultrafine calcium carbonate was prepared by carbonization method with sodium hexameta- phosphate as crystal control agent.The morphology of calcium carbonate was characterized by TEM,the function of crystal control agent was discussed, and the effects of the different process conditions, including carbonizing temperature, additive adding time and adding amount on the morphology of calcium carbonate were also investigated.Resuhs showed that sodium hexametaphosphate promoted crystal nucleation,induced the growth of calcium carbonate crystals along with the c axis, and improved the dispersion of the CaCO3 particles.When the carbonization temperature was 40 ℃, the carbonation time was at 15-25 min, and adding amount of sodium hexametaphosphate was at 1.5%-2%, monodisperse spindle-like ultrafine calcium carbonate with particle size of 0.7-1.0 μm and slenderness ratio of about 5 were obtained.
