摘要:用大网格聚合物吸附剂从红霉素滤液中提取红霉素,研究其吸附、解吸与结晶过程,其中包括吸附剂、洗脱剂的筛选及其操作过程条件的选择等。试验结果表明:筛选到的E_(D—D)型吸附剂对红霉素的静态吸附容量高达7.46×10~4u/g抽干吸附剂(滤液浓度为3855u/ml),其吸附等温线属于Langmuir型。动态吸附容量可达1.52×10~5u/g抽干树脂(滤液浓度为2450u/ml),所选用的酮类洗脱剂,其解吸率可达91.9%,结晶收率为91.3%。产品略带黄色,毫克效价为978。可见吸附法可与溶媒萃取法媲美。
The processes of adsorption, desorption amd crystallization for extraction of Erythromycin with macroreticuler polymeric adsorbent from filter liQuor is discussed in this article. The results showed that. (l)The selected ED-D type of macroretkular polymeric adsorbent has static capacity of Erythromycin as high as 7.46×104u/g dry adsorbent, from a filter liluor concentration of 3855u/ml, and the isotherm curve of this adsorption process belongs to the Langmuir type. The dynamic capacity of the adsorbent is higher than the static one as 1.52×105u/g dry adsorbent from a filter liquor concentration of 2450u/ml. (2) A ketone has been chosed as the eluant with the elution rate of 91.9%.(3) The Erythromycin with slightly yellow and 978u/mg of activity was obtained after crystallization, and the recovery rate of Erythromycin is is 91.3%. It seemed that adsorption is as good as solvent extraction for Erythromycin recovery process.
