摘要:建立了实验室工业模拟脱碳装置,用于接近工业条件下对脱碳溶液进行综合评价。通过对不同浓度MDEA水溶液研究比较,获得MDEA水溶液的最佳脱碳浓度为3.0 kmol·m-3;在相同实验条件下,保持溶液总胺浓度为3.0 kmol·m-3, 对分别添加质量百分比为3%不同活化剂的MDEA溶液进行综合比较,获得了各种活化剂在MDEA溶液中的相对活性次序为哌嗪>二乙醇胺>哌啶。
In order to determine the optimum concentration of MDEA aqueous solution and the optimum formula of various activated MDEA aqueous solutions, an experimental apparatus mimicking CO2 removal process was established to evaluate suitable solvent for CO2 removal under the condition of approaching commercial reality. Using this apparatus, various concentration of methyldiethanolamine (MDEA) aqueous solutions were studied. The results indicate that the optimum concentration of MDEA aqueous solution is 3.0 kmol·m-3. Various activators were compared under the same conditions and the relative order of chemical activity is obtained as follows: Piperazine>Diethanolamine>Piperidine. The experimental results demonstrate that the apparatus can be applied to evaluate the comprehensive characteristics of CO2 removal with various activated MDEA aqueous solutions.
