摘要：在实验教学中注重创新人才培养,实现一流人才培养目标是当前高等教育实践育人的重要任务。为顺应新时代药学相关专业创新人才培养目标,华东理工大学药学实验教学中心拓展开设了系列高效液相色谱综合开放实验作为课内实验的有益补充。这个综合开放实验项目采用线上线下结合的模式,主要分为基础训练、高阶训练和个性课题训练3个层级,从实验内容的斟酌选取和实验过程的细化管理两个角度进行了探索,可为一流药学人才培养提供有效的实践补充。
It is an important task for current higher education practice to cultivate innovative talents and finally realize the goal of first-class talents cultivation.In order to meet the goal of cultivating innovative talents for pharmacy related majors in the new era,the Experimental Teaching Center of Pharmaceutical Sciences of East China University of Science and Technology explored a series of open experiments based on high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),which can be expanded to be an effective supplement for the in-class experiments.These open experiments combined the online teaching with the offline teaching,and divided into three levels:basic training,advanced training and personality subject training.The selection of experimental content and the detailed management of experimental process were also explored.These open experiments can provide an effective practical supplement for the cultivation of first-class pharmaceutical talents.
