摘要:炼油厂实际生产方案随着原油的种类以及产品需求的变化而变化,氢气网络的耗氢量和产氢量也会随之变化。笔者在详细分析了某炼油厂氢气网络成本特点的基础上,考虑制氢装置产氢量的动态变化,首次采用预测精度较高的回声状态网络对氢气网络动态用氢成本进行数据驱动建模及预测,然后根据预测出的成本在不同工况下最小用氢成本的优化操作区域中的位置,对氢气网络中氢气流量的合理配置提供决策支持。
Actual refinery production plans and the hydrogen consumption vary with the types of crude oils and the demands of end products.After analyzing cost characteristics of the hydrogen network of a real-world refinery and considering dynamic change of hydrogen yields in hydrogen production units,we selected the echo state network which has higher prediction accuracy to execute data-driven modeling and dynamic hydrogen cost forecasting of the hydrogen network.Then,according to the position of the predicted cost on the optimal operational region with lowest hydrogen cost under different working conditions,we can provide support for the rational hydrogen flowrates distribution of the hydrogen network.
