摘要:建立了以功效系数为目标函数的数学模型,对注射容量为2000cm^3,合模力为600t的外翻式注射机合模机构进行了优化计算。
A mathematical model is proposed with the coefficient of efficacy as the objec-tive function. The optimizing calculation is performed for the outward swing clamping mecha-nism of injection molding machines,with injection capacity of 200 0cm ̄3 and clamping froce of 600t.The results show that major parameters,such as stroke ratio and the magnification ra-tio of force,are superior to those of others.The coefficient of efficacy is increased by more than 30%.
