摘要:采用磷酸一钠和二钠缓冲溶液为循环吸收剂,开发了一种新的低浓度 S O2 气体的浓缩过程;着重研究了吸收剂的吸收和解吸能力,及其抗氧化性能。实验结果表明,该溶液的吸收容量与磷酸盐浓度和钠/磷比有关,适宜的磷酸盐浓度为 3.0~3.5m ol/ L,钠/磷摩尔比为1.3。该溶液的抗氧化能力较强,在同样吸收容量下, S O2 的氧化率仅为吸收剂亚硫酸钠的 1/7~1/8。
Flue gas emitting from the power plant burning coal seriously pollutes atmosphere, although concentration of SO 2 is lower ( φ =0.001~0.004). In the other hand, it is wasting the natural resources of sulfur. A new process was developed, in which SO 2 in low concentration gas was concentrated by aqueous sodium phosphate absorbent. The absorption and desorption capacity of absorbent, especially the oxida tion of the solution were studied. The result showed that the absorption capacity was related to the ratio of sodium/phosphate. The optimum range of the phosphate concentration was 3.0~3.5mol/L, and sodium/phosphate was 1.3(mol/mol). The oxidation resistance of the absorbent is so stronger that the oxidation ratio of the solution was only 1/7 1/8 that of the aqueous sodium sulfite.
