摘要:染料生产企业在生产染料的过程中,会生成许多酸性废水。如何有效而又廉价地治理这些废水,关系到染料行业的发展。本文在介绍众多治理方法的基础上,着重介绍了浙江龙盛集团股份有限公司的染料酸性废水处理技术。该公司采用此项专利技术,可使新鲜水年用量、废水年排放量以及COD年排放量均减少70%左右,危险固态废料废渣年排放量可减少90%,后续废水生化治理成本和废渣处置费用降低85%,废水排污费降低90%。
During the production of dye industry,a lot of acidic wastewater will be formed. How to treat the wastewater effectively and inexpensively,related to the development of dye industry. Based on the introduction of many treatment methods,emphatically introduced the treatment technology of acidic wastewater invested by Zhejiang Longsen Group Co.,Ltd. The company used the patented technology could reduce the annual consume amount of fresh water,emissions of wastewater and the COD emissions by 70% of original values,meanwhile,the annual emissions of the hazardous solid waste could be reduced by 90%. The subsequent treatment costs of biochemical method and waste disposal could be reduced by 85%,and wastewater sewage charges reduced by 90%.
