摘要:建立了三维参数化弹塑性有限元模型,对DN600 CLASS300金属与金属接触型(MMC)螺栓法兰接头进行了结构以及热-结构耦合分析,研究了预紧力、内压、温度、螺栓和法兰蠕变对垫片应力的影响。结果表明,当法兰密封面与垫片外环接触后,垫片平均应力基本不变,内压对垫片应力影响较小,垫片应力随温度升高而减小,螺栓和法兰蠕变过程中,垫片应力先增大后减小。
A three-dimensional parametric elastic-plastic finite element model has been developed for the structural and thermal-structural coupling analysis of the DN600 CLASS300 metal to metal contact (MMC) flange joints. Influences caused by preload, internal pressure, temperature, bolt and flange creep on gasket stress have been evaluated. The results show that when the flange facing is in contact with gas- ket outer ring, the average gasket stress is substantially constant;the internal pressure has a relatively small influence on gasket stress;the gasket stress decreases with the increasing temperature and during creep, gasket stress increases first and then decreases.
