摘要：意大利现代家具行业中不乏在设计驱动型战略方针上寻求创新模式的企业。该研究历时近3年,运用帆布图工具梳理意大利家具企业的商业模式形态,分析并总结意大利设计驱动型家具企业的特点。在此战略研究的基础上,选取8家意大利家具企业的199件椅产品作为研究样本,绘制每一个样本的案例卡片并绘制案例地图,最终对旧版创新设计信息框架进行全面的构建,从而形成新的椅产品创新设计信息框架,该框架包含现代椅产品设计的6大设计范畴以及52条设计途径。
Italy modern furniture industry is not lack of enterprises seeking innovative model by using design driven strategy.This study lasted for nearly three years.First of all,business model canvas tool was used to present the business model of Italy furniture enterprises,and further to analyze and summarize the characteristics of Italy design driven furniture enterprises.On this basis,authors of this paper selected 199 chair products of 8 Italian furniture enterprises as the research samples to draw case cards and case maps.Eventually,the old version innovative design information framework has been comprehensively reconstructed to form the information framework of chair innovation design.This framework includes 6 design categories and 52 design approaches of modern chair design.
