摘要:设计合成了丙烯酸高碳醇酯-丙烯腈共聚物(AEA)作为柴油低温流动性改进剂,评价了其使用效果,对其结构与性能的关系进行了初步研究.结果表明,具有合适的特性粘数(10~25 mL/g)和一定结晶度的聚合物能降低上海石化0#柴油冷滤点2~7℃;较佳聚合条件为:聚合温度80℃,丙烯酸酯与丙烯腈摩尔比4:1,引发剂(偶氮二异丁腈或过氧化苯甲酰)质量分数3%.加剂前后柴油DSC曲线表明:该聚合物的加入,延缓了柴油的结晶速度,使柴油中石蜡的结晶温度降低,从而改善了柴油的低温流动性.
A copolymer of acrylic higher alcohol ester-acrylonitrile(AEA) as cold flow improver for diesel fuel were designed and synthesized, and its effects were evaluated. The relationship between the construction and the function of AEA are researched preliminarily. The results showed that the cold filter plugging point of 0~# diesel fuel of Shanghai Petrochemical Co. could be depressed 2 -7℃ by adding AEA with proper intrinsic viscosity (10 - 25 mL/g) and certain crystallinity. The optimal polymerization conditions of AEA were obtained as follows, polymerization temperature 80℃, molar ratio of acrylic ester to acrylonitrile 4:1, weight fraction of initiator (AIBN or BPO) 3%. According to the DSC curves,the crystallization rate of paraffin wax in diesel fuel are slowed and the crystallization point of paraffin wax in diesel fuel are reduced after adding this copolymer, thus the cold fluidity of diesel fuel are improved.
