摘要:根据微库仑滴定技术的测量原理,用微机技术实现微库仑分析的自动化和智能化。具有自动搜寻电解池偏压,自动判别电解起始和终止,并对测量值进行数据处理和计算输出的功能。采用电解和测量分时进行,以消除电解和测量电极间的相互干扰,提高仪器的精度。本文中阐述了测量原理,仪器的总体结构,软件和硬件配置,给出了仪器重复性和精度的实验结果。
The intelligent microcoulometric analyzer,based on the measurem-ent principles of microcoulometric titration,uses microcomputer to realizeautomation and intelligence in microcoulometric analysis.The functions suchas search of the bias in electrolyser,judgement on the begining and ending ofelectrolytic process and computation of the measured values and output ofresults are performed automatically.The electrolysis and measurement areprocessed in discreted time to eliminate the interference between the electrolyticand measured electrodes and improve the analyzer's precision.In this paper,the principles of the measurement,the structure of the anal-yzer and the hardware and software disposition are presented.Finally,theresults of the experiments about the repeatation and precision of the analyzerare given.
