摘要:应用GC-MS研究鲜艾与陈艾挥发油的化学成分,为艾叶资源的进一步开发利用提供科学依据。从两种艾叶挥发油中初步鉴定了共53个化合物,其中15个为共有化合物,含量较高的为:桉叶油素(13.8%~14.7%)、冰片(3.9%~6.6%)、4-甲基-1-(1-甲乙基)-[1S-(1α,4β,5α)]-二环[3.1.0]-庚-2-酮(15.7%~20.2%)、石竹烯氧化物(6.7%~9.2%)等。其中,还初步鉴定了文献未报道的25个化合物。研究结果表明:艾叶挥发油总量随贮存时间的延长而减少,挥发油中多数烯类、部分醇类与醛类化合物的含量也逐渐降低,而各化合物相应的醇、酮、酸等氧化产物的含量则逐渐增多。
AIM: To analyze essential oils isolated from Folium Artemisia argyi to observe the difference between the fresh and the dried. METHODS: Essential oil gained from water distillation. GC was applied to detecting oil component in comparison with standard spectrum. RESULTS: A total of 53 components were identified in the fresh and three-year reserved Folium Artemisia argyi, and 15 compounds existed in both of them. The major compounds consisted of eucalyptol ( 13.8-14.7% ), borneol (3.9-6.6%), 4-methyl-1-( 1-methylethyl)-[ 1S- ( 1α,4α,5α) ] -bicyclo [ 3.1.0 ] hexan-3-one ( 15.7-20.2% ) and caryophyllene oxide (6.7-9.2%). Finally, we identified 25 compounds which have not been reported in the literature related to Folium Artemisia argyi. CON- CLUSION: The total contents of the essential oil are gradually decreasing as storage time prolonged. Among the volatile oils, they are decreasing including a majority of the alkenes, some of the alcohols, aldehydes, and the contents of the alcohols, ketones and carboxylic acids are increasing gradually.
