摘要：少数民族学生进入内地高校后适应不良、发展不均的现象普遍存在。由于社会文化环境转换,该群体的原生传统文化与新环境中的文化之间出现了差异,这种差异便导致学生自身的身份认知产生落差,群体身份被标签化。少数民族学生在大学生活中出现语言掣肘,差距悬殊的学习基础增加了他们的学业压力,生活方式的差异使他们和汉族同学出现误解和矛盾。于此作者认为通过少数民族大学生自身的文化调适可以应对和化解基于环境转换而出现的适应性危机。其原因在于重叠性共识的产生是高校文化互融的实现条件和构建渠道,多元互动互融的高校文化场域是实现少数民族学生在内地高校实现适应性发展的文化环境基础,基于此导向高校应建立一系列少数民族人才培养的政策体系。
The phenomenon of minority students’ maladjustment and uneven development after entering the Mainland Colleges and universities is common in various Mainland Colleges and universities. Due to the transformation of social and cultural environment, there are differences between the original traditional culture and the mainstream culture in the new environment. This difference leads to the gap of minority students’ own identity cognition, and the group identity is labeled.Ethnic minority students have language constraints in college life, the learning basis of the wide gap increases their academic pressure, and the differences in lifestyle make them misunderstand and conflict with Han students. Through the cultural adjustment of minority college students themselves, we can deal with and resolve the adaptive crisis based on the environmental transformation. The emergence of overlapping consensus is the realization condition and construction channel of cultural integration in colleges and universities. The cultural field of multiple interaction and integration in Colleges and universities is the foundation of cultural environment to realize the adaptive development of minority students in Mainland Colleges and universities. Based on the guidance, colleges and universities should establish a series of talent training policy system.
