摘要：随着农村"空心化现象"加剧,农村老年人的照料困境日渐严峻。采用团队集聚模型,模拟中国农村老年人照料团队局部特征变化对村庄整体照料网络结构的影响。研究发现,单个老年人照料团队规模的缩减将减弱整体照料网络结构的联通性,照料服务的稳定性降低将使整个村庄的照料网络结构更加脆弱,照料资源多样性的减小对村庄整体网络结构影响不显著。同时,在以上多个因素综合影响下,整个村庄的照料网络结构趋向断裂。这将对农村留守老年人的养老带来巨大的挑战。
It becomes increasingly difficult for the senior citizens in the rural areas to be taken care of as the rural areas become “hollow”.Drawing from the team assembly model,this paper investigates the impact of changing care teams for the senior citizens in the rural areas on the whole care network of the countryside.The research has found that the downsizing of single senior citizen care team has weakened the whole care network,which has made the care system unstable and delicate.The minimizing scale of diversified care resources is insignificant to the whole care network of the rural areas.However,the impact from all these factors combined has almost broken the care network,posing a severe challenge for the senior citizens in the rural areas.
