摘要：当对自然循环为基础的循环经济模式在我国酝酿立法之际 ,同线性经济模式相适应的传统经济学的商品二重性理论 ,因缺乏自然内涵而面临改造。使用价值与负使用价值或自然使用价值 ,价值与自然价值契合成新商品二重性 ,为科学规范循环经济模式提出新的立法理念。
When we are deliberating on legislating in our country for cycling economy pattern based on natural cycle, the traditional economic theory of commodity dual nature adapted to linear economy pattern is faced with remoulding for lack of natural intension. Use value and minus use value, natural use value, value and natural value have come into agreement with the new commodity dual nature, which brings about new legislative philosophy for legislators to standardize cycling economy pattern.
