摘要：新工科是社会变革与产业革命的产物,是一个相对概念,相对于传统工科而言,会不断发展。新工科建设不仅仅是建新专业,更重要的是提高人才培养能力;它不仅是教学改革,更是综合改革,是涉及学校方方面面的系统工程;不仅是学校内部改革,更是学校与社会新型关系重塑的改革。新工科归根结底要落实到新工科人才的培养,落实到课程建设。本文从新工科人才应该具备的核心素养出发,调查了解不同的利益主体对于新工科人才核心素养的认知差异,再从课程建设目标、内容、实施和评价等方面的现状与问题进行调查,最后针对问题提出建议。
Different from traditional engineering,new engineering is a product of social change and industrial revolution. The construction of new engineering curriculum is not only to build new majors,but more importantly to improve the talent training system. The construction of new engineering curriculum is not only a teaching reform, but also a comprehensive reform, a systematic project involving all aspects of education. It not only implies internal reforms in education,but also pushes the relation between education and society to change. This article investigates how different stakeholders view the core literacy that new engineering talents should possess,and then examines the new curriculum goals,contents,implementation and evaluation,and finally puts forward some suggestions about how to reform the current curriculum structure.
