摘要:研究了不同卤素修饰对γ-Al_2O_3的酸性影响以及其对甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)裂解性能的影响。结果表明,(NH_4)_2SiF_6溶液修饰催化剂能够使得MTBE转化率高于95%,且甲醇选择性为100%。XRD和FTIR表征结果显示,(NH_4)_2SiF_6修饰γ-Al_2O_3上形成γ-AlF_3晶相,引入B酸的同时也增加了L酸量,从而提高了催化剂反应活性。
The acidic properties and the application of alumina modified by halogen in the cracking of MTBE have been investigated. The results indicate that γ-Al2O_3 modified by( NH_4)_2SiF_6 exhibits excellent catalytic performance. Above 95% MTBE is converted into isobutene and the selectivity of Me OH is 100%. XRD,FTIR were used to characterize the acid sites and amount. γ-Al2O_3 modified by( NH_4)_2SiF_6 benefits the formation of γ-AlF_3. The introducing of B acid and the enhancement of the amount of L acid promote the cracking of MTBE.
