摘要:[目的]研究蜡梅(Chimonanthus praecox)籽中生物碱成分及其抗氧化和抑菌活性。[方法]应用硅胶柱层析法进行分离纯化并鉴定化合物结构。使用ABTS和FRAP法检测抗氧化能力,并考察其对甘蓝链格孢菌、葡萄灰霉菌、番茄叶霉菌的抑菌效果。[结果]分离得到1种化合物,鉴定为洋蜡梅碱(calycanthine)。其对ABTS阳离子自由基清除作用较强,IC_(50)值为(3.24±0.08)mg/L;抑菌结果显示其对3种菌株均具有一定的抑菌活性。[结论]洋蜡梅碱具有较强的抗氧化活性和抑菌活性。
[Aims] This paper aims to study the alkaloids from Chimonanthus praecox seeds and their antioxidant and antibacterial activities. [Methods] The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and their structures were confirmed. The antioxidant activities were evaluated by ABTS cation radical scavenging assay and FRAP assay, The antibacterial activities on A lternaria brassicicola, Botrytis cinerea and Cladosporium fulvum were observed. [Results] One compoundwas obtained and identified as calycanthine. Calycanthine were found to have a strong antioxidant activity with ICso value of (3.24±0.08) mg/L against ABTS·+. Calycanthine showed antibacterial activities against A. brassicicola, C. fulvum and B. cinerea. [Conclusions] Calycanthine showsstrong antioxidant activities and antibacterial activities.
