摘要:用相转移催化剂制备羧甲基壳聚糖,研究了反应时间、温度、碱浓度和投料比等工艺条件对羧甲基化程度及产物收率的影响。结果表明,使用相转移催化剂,反应时间缩短到3h,羧甲基壳聚糖取代度和收率分别达到0.92和84.42%。
Preparation of carboxymethylchitosan (CMC) with phase transfer catalyst was described. The effects of carboxymethylation condition on the properties and yield of CMC were also studied. The molar ratio of chitosan to chloacetic acid and sodium hydroxide, reactive temperature and reaction time were optimized. The results indicate that the degree of substitution and the yield of CMC can reach 0.92 and 84.42% respectively within 3h.
