摘要:设计了使用分光光度法测定结晶紫碱性水解反应动力学的实验,考察温度对反应速率的影响;利用数据处理软件拟合处理数据,得到虚拟一级反应速率系数,进而得到二级反应速率系数及反应活化能。此实验力求针对实验方法、实验数据处理和理论知识点3个目标层次,使学生尽可能全面地掌握反应动力学相关实验原理和技术、数据处理方法,加深对反应级数、速率系数、活化能、孤立变数法等相应概念、理论的理解,培养和提高学生实验和思考能力。
An experiment was designed to determine the kinetics of crystal violet alkaline hydrolysis by spectrophotometry,and the effect of temperature on the reaction rate was investigated.Using data processing software to fit the processing data,the virtual first-order reaction rate coefficient was obtained,and then the second-order reaction rate coefficient and reaction activation energy were obtained.Through this experiment,we strive to aim at three target levels:experimental method,experimental data processing and theoretical knowledge,students are expected to master the experimental principles and techniques related to reaction kinetics,as well as data processing methods,the corresponding concepts,and to foster and develop their practical ability.
