摘要:NOVELTY - Preparation of siloxane heat-conducting silicone rubber composite material comprises mixing substrate, heat-conducting filler, and vulcanizing agent at room temperature to obtain mixed rubber material; and vulcanizing to obtain target object. The substrate is silicone crude rubber, or silicone crude rubber and silicone oil, where the silicon crude rubber has molecular weight of 100000-1000000 vinyl-containing siloxane. The heat-conducting filler is carbon-based filler, or expanded graphite. USE - Preparation of siloxane heat-conducting silicone rubber composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has improved thermal conductivity, and reduced heat-conducting filler amount and hardness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of siloxane heat-conducting silicone rubber composite material comprises mixing substrate, heat-conducting filler, and vulcanizing agent at room temperature to obtain mixed rubber material; and vulcanizing to obtain target object. The substrate is silicone crude rubber, or silicone crude rubber and silicon oil, where the silicon crude rubber has molecular weight of 100000-1000000 vinyl-containing siloxane. The heat-conducting filler is carbon-based filler, expanded graphite, or pretreated filler of expanded graphite and carbon black mixture, graphite, carbon nanotube, graphite, fullerenes, and/or carbon fiber, where pretreatment comprises dispersing filler in mixture of deionized water, ethanol, dimethylformamide (DMF), toluene, dimethylbenzene, tetrahydrofuran, and/or acetone at room temperature and normal pressure for 1-48 hours, filtering, and drying the solid part, where the solid content is 1-20 wt.%.
