摘要:根据焦炭塔的进料口结构和流体力学理论分析了介质进塔过程的流态 ,推断流态在塔内引起的周向不均匀温度场 ,理论分析表明 :气密及预热时径向进料、热油和冷焦水经过塔底弯头进料是使介质产生偏流的主要因素 ;焦层孔道、塔壁硬垢以及弯头出口轴线与塔体中心轴线不一致对介质在塔内偏流起恶化作用 ,是次要因素。通过对实测结果的比较和分析 ,结果表明焦炭塔壁在整个操作过程中都存在周向不均匀温度场。
Fluid state of the liquid medium that fed into coke tower has been analyzed according to the structure of the feeding-elbow and the theory of hydrodynamics. The circumferential uneven temperature field has been reckoned with the surveyed data caused by the fluid state. The change of physical property of the medium has been considered. The results of theoretical analysis showed that the main factors that caused the liquid medium eccentric flow are the radial-inflow of the preheating-gas and elbow-inflow, both the feed of hot oil and the feed of cooling water. Meanwhile, the second factors are the gas-hole in the coke, hard dirt adsorbing on the inside-wall and the deviation of the elbow axis from the shell axis. The main factors make the circumferential uneven temperature field have symmetry, but the second factors spoil it.
