摘要:目的 :研究以强极性介质-水作溶剂提取中药淫羊藿饮片中水溶性有效成分的浸出过程。方法 :以淫羊藿浸膏得率和淫羊藿苷的提取率为考察指标 ,对影响过程的参数进行单因素考察 ,并与传统方法比较。结果 :单因素考察优化的结果为采用 70 %乙醇作润湿剂 ,润湿物料比 6∶1,润湿 30min ,微波处理 2.5min ,水提时物料比 5 0∶1,微波辅助提取 10min。结论 :与常规方法相比 。
Objective:TO study, the high polar media-water extraction process of Herba epimedii with the microwave technology.Method: the single parameters of extraction process was investigated with dry extract yield and extraction efficiency of icariin as content index. Result: through studying the single parameter, the optimal conditions are as follows: 70% ethanol as wetting solvent, volume of solvent to weigh of material equal to 6∶1 in wetting, 30 min wetting time, 2.5 min microwave irradiation time, volume of solvent to weigh of material equal to 50∶1 in extraction process, 10 min microwave-asissited extraction time. Conclusion: Compared with conventional methods, microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) after Microwave Pretreament (MP) of raw material was higher extraction efficiency and time-saving.
