摘要:对兽疫链球菌NUF-035进行紫外诱变,得到突变菌株NUF-036,使透明质酸的产量从1.8 g/L提高到3.0 g/L,相对分子质量从2.1×106提高到3.2×106,突变株经多次传代,透明质酸产量及相对分子质量保持稳定.
The original strain Streptococcus zooepidemicus NUF-035 was mutated by ultraviolet radiation. A mutant Streptococcus zooepidemicus NUF-036 was obtained. The yield of HA was increased from 1. 8 g/L to 3.0 g/L and the HA molecular weight was increased from 2. 1 × 10~6 to 3.2 × 10~6 . The mutant strain maintains perfect genetic stability after several generations of reproduction.
