摘要:NOVELTY - The method involves determining structural factors of a to-be-considered burner. Code conversion operation is performed. Test solution is generated by utilizing a central composite design (CCD). CCD test is performed according to the test solution. A response surface model is established to generate a test result. A track range is determined for an original design center point sphere. A coordinate center is continuously determined. Radii of a spherical surface and an ultra-surface are determined to determine optimal response value, where the radii are less than test range. USE - Method for optimizing a burner structure based on a response surface model. ADVANTAGE - The method enables utilizing the CCD to generate the test solution through a response surface analyzing software so as to ensure better burner combustion property. The method enables determining multi-factor cross term and optimization structure parameter combination through mountain ridge so as to realize better low-nitrogen combustion effect.
