摘要:以液体石蜡为溶剂,研究了有机硅烷偶联剂表面处理对于悬浮体系(云母/石蜡)流变特性的影响。以粘度为衡量指标,定量预先评价粉体表面处理的效果。实验发现:粉体经过表面处理,其粉体悬浮液流变性产生显著的变化,但悬浮液的剪切稀化特性在有机改性后仍然存在,不受温度的影响;悬浮体系的流变曲线采用Casson模型进行拟合,优于Bingham,HerschelBulkley模型。粉体表面处理效果与偶联剂用量,偶联剂溶液浓度、溶液溶剂、搅拌反应温度等处理工艺条件有关,而与搅拌反应时间关系不大。
The rheological behaviors of the suspension composed of unmodified or modified mica with paraffin were determined, and the effect of surface treatment is evaluated through viscosity measurement of the suspension system. The results show that the viscosity of modified suspension appear a significant change from the unmodified system, but the viscosity of the suspending system decrease with the rising of its shear rate, even after the mica powder is modified or the environmental temperature is changed. Meanwhile, the experimental results can be satisfactorily correlated with Casson model rather than Bingham and Herschel-Bulkley model. In addition, the effect of surface treatment on powder (mica) depends on many factors, such as the concentration of coupling agent solution, dosage of coupling agent, solvent of coupling agent solution, and reaction temperature, while showing little relationship with reaction time.
