摘要：新时代的到来,产品设计逐渐从"有形"到"无形"在转变。在这个过程中服务设计是必然的考虑因素之一。作为新兴的设计学科,服务设计的内容涉及社会学和心理学层面研究。本论文通过探讨服务设计与交互信息服务的关系,以及交互式信息技术的实现方式与面向使用者的交互式服务平台的构建,注重在服务过程中多触点的交互体验设计,整合现代移动互联网技术和交互式信息服务的移动互联网的应用产品设计。
With the arrival of a new era, product design gradually transformed from ＂visible＂ to ＂invisible＂. In the process, service design is one of the inevitable considerations. As a new design discipline, sociological and psychological dimension are involved. This paper explores the relationship between service design and interactive information services, and the realizing type of interactive technology and user-oriented interactive services platform, focusing on multi- touch design, integrating modern mobile Internet technology and mobile internet products of interactive information services.
