摘要：本研究采用随机抽样法在由国家体育总局举办的《新周期国际级体操裁判培训班》中选取了30名国际级、国家级裁判员作为调查对象。以框架效应对决策偏好影响的原理为基础对体操裁判工作中的决策偏好进行了调研,结果表明:框架效应对我国体操国际级、国家级裁判员决策影响的差异性不显著,但在正负框架干扰情景下女性裁判员的风险偏好高于男性;高学历裁判员风险偏好较高;职业为教师的裁判员风险偏好较高;临场经验越多受在负面框架影响越小。以期提高裁判员的认知风险能力,并对不同决策者的风险偏好作出正确检验。
By using random sampling method, this paper, taking 30 international and national referees as researchobject from the new cycle of international gymnastics referee training class run by General Administrative ofSport, makes study on decision preference of judging under the effect of framework .The result shows that there isno significant difference on influence decision , but the women’s risk preference is higher than men under the positiveand negative frame interference scenarios .The risk preference is high for highly educated referees , so doteachers.The main purpose is to improve the ability of the risk perception , and to make the right test for he differentrisk preference of the decision makers.
