摘要:本文介绍了银网格透明电极的基本结构,并给出了方块电阻和透光率的理论计算。然后总结了该电极的制作方法,比较了每种方法的优缺点。我们用喷墨打印制作了一组平行线条状银电极并讨论了润湿性与线宽的关系。然后又用凹印的方法制备了正方形网格状的透明银电极,结果表明银网格透明电极在不久的将来可能取代ITO成为新一代透明电极,并可以应用在OLED、触摸屏、有机太阳能电池等器件上。
This paper presents the basic structure of transparent silver mesh electrode. The transparency and sheet resistance were predicable based on a theoretical model. The methods of fabrication of the transparent silver electrodes were summarized. The advantages and disadvantages of these technologies were analyzed. The wettability of silver inks on PET was investigated. The transparent silver mesh electrode was prepared by gravure printing and its transparency and sheet resistance were measured. The silver electrodes could be the next generation of transparent electrode applied in devices such as OLED, touch screen, organic solar cells etc.
