摘要:焦化废水作为一种工业废水,其成分复杂,水质变化幅度大,含有大量的难降解物质,可生化性较差,毒性大。因此,研究焦化废水生化出水的处理方法以去除废水中有机物对工业废水深度处理具有十分重要的意义。采用超声浸渍法制备负载型铜铁氧化物催化剂(CuO-FeOx/γ-Al_2O_3),分析催化剂活性组分比例、负载量以及焙烧温度对催化活性的影响,确定最佳制备条件,并对其进行表征,获得较好效果。
As an industrial wastewater,coking wastewater has complex composition,is with large variation of water quality,contains a large number of refractory substances,and is difficult in biodegradation and highly toxic.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the treatment method of biochemical effluent from coking wastewater to remove organic matter from wastewater to provide new method for advanced treatment of industrial wastewater.In this paper,the supported copper-iron oxide catalyst(CuO-FeOx/γ-Al2O3)was prepared by ultrasonic impregnation method.The effects of active component ratio,loading and calcination temperature on the catalytic activity were analyzed in order to determine the optimal preparation conditions,from which characterization was fulfilled and better results were obtained.
