摘要：近20多年来,中美两国的经贸关系发展迅速,双边贸易高速发展,两国都视对方为十分重要贸易合作伙伴。但些年来,双方贸易摩擦明显增多,而且有愈演愈烈之势。两国关系中的不稳定因素,包括非经济因素以及经济因素影响着两国之间的经贸往来,美国全球化战略、次贷危机、人民币升值等问题构成了中美经贸关系中摩擦加剧的焦点问题。本文剖析了造成中美贸易摩擦的经济与政治方面的原因,最后提出若干针对性建议。
The last two decades witnessed a boom in economic cooperation and trade development between China and the US. China has grown as the 3rd biggest trade partner of the US and ranks No. 4 in the US export market. To China, the US is the 2nd largest trade partner and the biggest export market and ranks 2nd in the foreign investment. However, some instable factors, both economic and non-economic ones will exert negative impacts on economic relations between the two nations. The paper firstly illustrates non-economic factors, that followed by economic factors. Then, some suggestions to the Chinese government and businesses are put forward.
