摘要:NOVELTY - An epoxy mesoporous molecular screen for biological enzyme fixation comprises m-chloroperoxybenzoic acid, mesoporous molecular screen, and epoxy functional group; where it is prepared by using m-chloroperoxybenzoic acid for epoxidizing the mesoporous molecular screen containing cubic phase Ia3d structure of ethylene and the mesoporous molecular screen with functionalized surface ethylene, and introducing in an epoxy functional group with shorter chain length on the surface of the mesoporous molecular screen. USE - The epoxy mesoporous molecular screen is useful for fixation of water-soluble enzymes comprising penicillin acylase, glucose isomer, transglucosidase, trypsin, and amylase, particularly to fixation of penicillin acylase (claimed). ADVANTAGE - In utilizing the epoxy mesoporous molecular screen, the biological enzyme can be directly fixed on the surface of the mesoporous molecular screen by covalent bond combination method, which improves the performance of fixed enzyme. Moreover, the activity of the obtained fixed enzyme is 8416 U/g; and the activity of the obtained fixed enzyme is remained to 90% after 10 circulations. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is a preparation method of the epoxy mesoporous molecular screen for biological enzyme fixation, comprising adding ethylene mesoporous molecular screen into dichloromethane solution of m-chloroperoxybenzoic acid, continuously stirring and refluxing for 48-96 hours, filtering, washing a filter cake with dichloromethane solution for 3 times, and drying the obtained solid powder in vacuum at 50-100 degrees C for 12-24 hours to obtain the epoxy mesoporous molecular screen.
