摘要:用穆斯堡尔谱学和X射线衍射方法研究了使用过 2年的乙苯脱氢铁系催化剂及其在一定温度下进行再氧化处理的试样中铁化合物的组成和结构 ,着重研究了铁钾尖晶石结构 ,并与测量的催化参数进行对照。经过与新鲜催化剂比较后 ,发现使用 2年后的催化剂经工业运行温度处理后可基本恢复活性 。
Styrene monomer is a large-volume chemical,which is used for various processes such as the production of synthetic rubber and resins by polymerization.Iron catalyst containing potassium for dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene to styrene is a complex oxide catalyst with spinel structure.Iron catalyst that had been used for 2 years and re-oxidized at a certain temperature was studied with Mssbauer spectroscopy and X ray diffraction methods.The spinel structure of Fe-K compound was correlated with catalytic properties.Comparing with the fresh catalyst,it was found that the used catalyst after being heated at a certain temperature basically recovered its catalytic activity and maintained a structure similar to the original catalyst.The results may prove useful for estimating the life of the catalyst
