摘要：NOVELTY - Culturing Escherichia coli 0157: H7 bacterial strain film by two-step adsorption-growth, comprises using Lysogeny broth culture medium before culture for adsorption, using minimal medium for growth, and adding sterile water to outermost pores of polystyrene plate during growth of the strain. USE - The method is useful for culturing Escherichia coli 0157: H7 bacterial strain film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method optimizes the growth efficiency of the bacteria, and provide a technical scheme for experimental study of microbial bacteria.
