摘要：NOVELTY - A medicine comprises volatile oil and saponin at a ratio of 1 40-100 (ml/g). USE - Medicine for treating bronchitis, pneumonia and asthma (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The medicine is simple and convenient to prepare. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of medicine comprising (A) taking ivy vine stem and leaves in extraction-rectification coupling device, adding water, refluxing, collecting light brown transparent oil layer, adding anhydrous sodium carbonate, and removing water to obtain ivy volatile oil; and (B) taking ivy vine stem and leaves in extraction kettle, adding ethyl alcohol, refluxing and extracting, filtering, centrifuging, decompression concentrating, rotationally evaporating to extract, using deionized water to dissolve, taking into macroporous resin column, orderly using water and ethyl alcohol solution for elution, and vacuum drying to obtain ivy vine saponin.
