摘要:NOVELTY - An organic-inorganic hybrid polymer microsphere is polystyrene-methacrylic acid-3-trimethoxy silane propyl ester ion exchange resin microsphere, specifically copolymer of styrene and methacrylic acid-3-trimethoxy silane propyl ester. Volume ratio of styrene to methacrylic acid-3-trimethoxy silane propyl ester is 5:1-20:1. Grain size of microsphere is 2-10 mu m. USE - Organic-inorganic hybrid polymer microsphere for ion chromatography. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and convenient. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the organic-inorganic hybrid polymer microsphere which comprises two-step scattering polymerization method. The method comprises (A) putting stabilizing agent and polyvinylpyrrolidone in absolute ethanol, stirring and dissolving in room temperature, and adding styrene dissolved with initiator and azobisisobutyronitrile; and inputting nitrogen at room temperature, removing oxygen from reaction bottle, and performing heating reaction at 50-80 degrees C, where the mass ratio of polyvinylpyrrolidone to azobisisobutyronitrile is 5:1-10:1; (B) dissolving equivalent styrene and methacrylic acid-3-trimethoxy silane propyl ester in step (A) in the equivalent absolute ethanol in step (A), inputting nitrogen at room temperature, removing oxygen from reaction bottle, heating in step (A) and preheating at 50-80 degrees C, where mass ratio of styrene to methacrylic acid-3-trimethoxy silane propyl ester is 5:1:25-5:0.5:25; (C) after heating for 40-60 minutes in steps (A) and (B), putting reactant pre-heated in step (b) in reaction bottle in step (A), sequentially heating for 20-24 hours, and filtering to obtain the microsphere; (D) performing backflow for obtained microsphere in step (C) for 20-24 hours at 50-80 degrees C in mixed liquid of water, absolute ethyl alcohol and ammonia water, and filtering to obtain microsphere after primary hydrolysis, where volume ratio of water, absolute ethanol and ammonia water is 1:1:0.0000001-1:3-0.00000012; and (E) performing backflow for obtained microsphere in step (D) for 60-72 hours at 60-65 degrees C in mixed liquid of water, absolute ethanol, tetrahydrofuran and ammonia water to obtain final microsphere, where volume ratio of water, absolute ethanol, tetrahydrofuran to ammonia water is 1:1:0.6:0.3-1:1.5:0.8:0.3.
