摘要:将环氧类硅烷偶联剂(187)和胺类硅烷偶联剂(1100和1120)分别加入环氧树脂基体配方中,考察了偶联剂种类和用量对环氧基体的浸润性和界面性能及其复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着187用量增加,树脂基体对纤维的浸润速度呈先上升后保持不变的趋势,添加质量分数为1%时,复合材料的界面和层间剪切强度最佳。三种偶联剂对体系浸润性影响相差不大,而胺类硅烷偶联剂1120对界面结构和性能的改善贡献最大。
The epoxy type silane coupling agent (187) and the amine type silane coupling agent( 1100 and 1120) were respectively added into the epoxy resin matrix formulation. The effects of the type and amount of the coupling agent on the wetting and interfacial properties of the epoxy matrix and the mechanical properties of composites were investigated. The results showed that with the increasing of 187 amount, the infiltration rate of the resin matrix on the fiber was firstly increased and then remained constant. The interfacial and interlaminar shear strength of the composites with lwt% of 187 were the best. The effect of the three coupling agents on the infihration of the system was similar, while the amine type silane coupling agent 1120 had the greatest contribution on the interfacial structure and properties improvement.
