摘要：为了解决上海市大型公共体育场馆的可持续发展研究问题,本文利用文献检索、逻辑推理以及实地调研的研究方法,梳理出上海市大型体育场馆的基本运营状况以及存在的问题,通过借鉴国内外相关场馆运营的经验,笔者从上海市运营管理体制改革、建立公益化和市场化融合机制、创立场馆公益性品牌、建立场馆特色、建立相应的监管机制4个方面对上海市大型公共体育场馆的可持续发展提供策略。
In order to solve the problem of the sustainable development of large public stadiums in Shanghai,this paper makes use of the research methods of literature retrieval,logical reasoning and field investigation,and combs the basic operation status and existing problems of large stadiums in Shanghai. By drawing on the experience of related stadiums and gymnasiums at home and abroad,this article provides strategies for the sustainable development of large public sports stadiums in Shanghai from four aspects： the reform of the operation management system in Shanghai, the establishment of public welfare and market integration mechanism,the establishment of the public welfare brand,the establishment of the characteristics of the stadiums and the establishment of the corresponding regulatory mechanism.
