摘要:以马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(MAPE)为增容剂,采用熔融共混及热压成型法制备了椰棕纤维(CF)增强高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)复合材料。重点考察了CF和费托蜡(FTW)添加量对复合材料力学性能、界面形貌、热稳定性及吸水率的影响。结果表明,CF添加量(质量分数)为40%时,复合材料达到刚度和强度的平衡;添加FTW后,CF与基体之间的结合更为紧密,当FTW添加量为1.5%时,复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击强度较未添加时分别提高了8.78%、18.82%、46.58%,热稳定性变化不大。
Coconut fiber(CF)reinforced high density polyethylene(HDPE)composites were prepared by melting blending and hot pressing using maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene(MAPE)as compatibilizer.The effects of CF and Fischer-Tropsch wax(FTW)on mechanical properties,interface morphology,thermal stability and water absorption were investigated.The results show when CF content is 40%,the composites have better stiffness and strength.When the addition of FTW is 1.5%,the tensile strength,bending strength and impact strength of the composites increase by 8.78%,18.82%and 46.58%,respectively,comparing with the composites without FTW,while the thermal stability changes little.
