摘要：调研发现,失地女性是否就业与就业安置政策、就业保障服务、社会支持网络、就业观念意识等密切相关。生活安于现状,倾向于自愿失业是失地女性失地后的主动选择。研究认为,社区就业活血机制的构建是解决失地女性就业问题的关键,将失地安置社区建设与增加失地女性就业结合起来,通过开发社区服务增加就业岗位的社区就业,是缓解当前严峻就业形势下失地女性就业困境的重要路径。
Field research finds that the landless females＇ employment is closely related to employment resettlement policy, employment assurance service, social support network and employment attitude. For landless females, resting on their laurels and maintaining voluntary unemployment becomes an initiative choice after losing land. The paper indicates that the key to promoting landless females＇ employment is to build a circulatory blood mechanism for community employment. In current severe unemployment situation, combining community building of landless residents＇ resettlement with creating more jobs for landless females, and further developing of community service to create more jobs, are important and efficient paths to relieve landless females＇ unemployment pressure.
