摘要：传统的生物化学课程采取中文授课方式。为了提升学生的国际化视野,培养对生物化学领域经典研究成果的理解能力和专业英语表达交流能力,华东理工大学生物化学课程团队结合生物科学全英语专业规划进行了生物化学(全英语)课程建设,建立了生物化学(全英语)课程的授课体系。同时,课程团队采取趣味互动型课堂授课、个性化学习与团体化学习相结合、科研反哺教学、融合专业课思政建设、在线平台建设等多元化教学方法辅助课程目标达成。自2016年建设以来,生物化学(全英语)课程取得了较好的实际效果,课程在学生升学、学科竞赛和国际化程度提高方面起到了重要的促进作用,于2021年1月通过了上海高等学校一流本科课程认定。
Traditional Biochemistry courses were taught in Chinese. In order to help the undergraduate students to understand canonical research findings in the biochemical area better, improve their English communication skills and broaden their international scope, the “Biochemistry” teaching group in East China University of Science and Technology constructed the all-English teaching course. Besides the all-English teaching system, the teaching group designed “funny and interactive teaching module” “self and group study module” “research assisted teaching module” “curriculum ideology and politics construction module” as well as the “online resource platform” to achieve the course goals. A great effect has been obtained since course construction initiated in 2016. The course played an important role in helping students pursue higher education, win academic competitions and increase the degree of internationalization. The course passed the affirmation of Shanghai first-class undergraduate courses in January, 2021.
