摘要:采用 OM、SEM、EDX及 XRD等仪器设备 ,研究了经渗铝和稀土渗铝处理的 HK40耐热钢在 10 0 0℃、110 0℃、12 0 0℃空气中氧化的行为。发现经渗铝和稀土渗铝处理的 HK40耐热钢试样 ,其氧化动力学呈抛物线规律 ,经稀土渗铝处理后的试样 ,其氧化膜的塑性和粘附性得到改善 。
The oxidation behavior of HK40 heat-resistant stainless steel that was treated by pack-aluminizing and pack-aluminizing with rare earth elements(RE)respectively,which was respectively exposed to ambient atmosphere at 1000℃,1100℃ and 1200℃,was investigated using OM,SEM,EDX and XRD.The results show that the oxidation kinetics of the pack-aluminized coating and the pack-aluminized with RE follows the approximate parabolic law.The plasticity and adherence of the oxide scales formed on the surface of the pack-aluminixing coating with RE are improved,and the oxidation resistance is also enhanced.
